Add to which list

Saved for everyone, and kept — a repeat customer is matched on phone number so you never type them twice. Works with no signal too: the save waits and goes out when you are back. Paste many at once with bulk paste.

Import & data ▾

⬆ Import file

Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Columns auto-detected. Importing replaces the list you're viewing — for everyone. Be careful.

Import from Shopify ▾

The latest online orders, with the address the customer typed themselves. Tick what to keep — a repeat buyer lands on the row already in Retail Cust. rather than a second copy of it.

Goods-return reasons ▾

Tick reasons and set copies to print. Edit any reason or add your own — this is the shared reason master.

Sending store ▾

This store name prints as “From” on every token.

Destination stores ▾

Set how many transfer tokens to print for each destination store. Slip one in front of the goods.

Workflow tokens — big plain tokens to slip in front of goods. Just set a count and print.
